Game Initialization Failed: U

I’ve literally tried everything, from looking at older forums, following step on the Blizzard site, uninstalling/reinstalling the game, trying to drag the game itself into the folder “Use a different folder”. But nothings working, before it would just come up as an error and not let me launch the game, but now ill click on the “play” button and it’ll say the game is running then the “play” button would just reset and allow me to click it again with no errors popping up.

I tried making the “Default Install Directory” the same as the “Folder used for gameplay” like it said to do on a forum but it doesn’t do anything either. I can only see the game when I open my windows explorer folders but not when I open it through the directory default or gameplay folder. Please help:(

  1. Press Windows Key + R, then type DxDiag and press Enter.
  2. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
  3. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save.
