Widow is supposed to say ‘‘This is not a zoo’’ when killing Junkrat and also Hammond I believe. However since recently this has been bugged and she says '‘this is not a zoo’ when killing Sojourn and Doomfist. Needs to be fixed ASAP. Calling black people apes or monkeys has long been a form of racism.

Um no i grew up in a racist part of the world and saw people referring to black people as animals all the time. Obviously this is a bug but it still needs to be fixed.

You can’t lable it racism if its a bug. Unless they went and actively changed how Widow’s voicelines trigger, it’s not an intended change, therefore isn’t racist.
And if it is happening for Doom and Sojourn, it’s likely happening for all heroes. Somehow, I doubt the game has a way to filter between different ethnicities so it can go ‘Ah, let’s have Widow call Doomfist a monkey’.
Unless, of course, the systems an AI. Then maybe. But I doubt it’s an AI. It’d be changing all kinds of things all over the place, however it wanted, if that was the case.
The bug will likely be patched, but labelling it as racism is frankly just stupid, as its not targeting Doom and Sojourn. The game isn’t capable of doing something like that, unless it’s programmed into the game. Which just isn’t the case.

Yeah it’s not intentional OP guess it’s not really excluding much though. The voicelines have been messed up for quite a while now. You’d think they’d fix by now.
Apparently we all belong in a zoo and everyone is genji and the pushing robot thinks it’s Opposite Day.
Edit: I’d leave a report in the bug forums. I did for voice lines being screwed up.
