Game freezing with Intel i3 / Dual core CPUs

seems like there are 2 patterns I think.

  1. game crush suddenly with no dialog and error

  2. game freeze with program shut down dialog ( from windows )
    ex: OVERWATCH FREEEZE HELP - YouTube

My problem is [1].
AMD Ryzen9 5900X / RTX 3700 / Windows10
