Game Freezing up after last patch

Have had a number of lockups after the most recent patch, was never a problem before. The game locks up and the sound loops, I can hit ctrl+alt+delete and it brings up the menu but I when I tell the system to go to task manager so that I can close the program it will not work. The only option available to me is to use the “shut down/restart/sleep” menu to restart the PC. Most of the lockups have been on Rialto, I don’t know if that’s just coincidence or not.

My desktop is an Intel i5-6600K/Nvidia 960 setup. I have 32 gb of Ram. My brother’s PC is AMD based and has had no issue, My laptop is also AMD based but I haven’t updated the game on that that since Blizzard World came out. Temperatures at time of lockup have been tolerable, usually between 74-79c, there are no artifacts on screen and the system, while unable to close Overwatch is not hard locked. Here’s my DXDIAG:
