Game freezes on Xbox one

I was in a competitive match my screen freezes can’t do anything but, I could hear my group chat. This happened to my teammates too and opposing team.

Its a bug with the server did an opposing ball or sombra ult before your screen freeze?

No I crashed when we were just pushing in. I froze on the wall of the control point.

ahhh i had just played a game and my team had told me it was a bug when they combined their ults

No the only alt that was off was like a Moria alt.

the exact same thing happened to me I was in a comp match my screen froze I could still hear all of the chat audio and now I’m losing competitive Sr

Yep two ppl in my game froze from a hammond ult. Could still talk in chat but screen was locked.

Have had this happen twice in 5 games tonight.

Anyone know anything?

Same thing happened to me in my last game. It’s been happening since the patch

Same. My six stack had this happen to 3 players during our session.

This just happened to me and my teammates. My screen froze, no audio, the Xbox didn’t shut the game down. I was only able to hear people talking and that’s it.
Oh, and it cost me 50SR to discover this bug.
Will Blizzard give me back that? Nope. They’ll come off with an excuse.
Fix this asap. Ty.

sicc just happened to me on blizzard world, hammond was on the opposing team, then happened to me an hour ago on lijiang from another hammond ult, gotta love losing 100 sr for no reason

If i was anyone i wouldn’t play this game until it’s fixed it’s happened too me 3 times today and they aren’t saying anything about it

I just lost top 500 because of this I hope they fix this and give me my SR back cause holy garbage I hope I get it back. (AKAI NEKKO)

This happemed to me aswell. Just lost 50 sr and got suspended because it was the very end of the game i’m actually pissed. This has happened twice.

I crashed 3 times and had 5 other teammates crash over 2 games. This Hammond bug is aids and the people abusing it are worse
