Game freezes on Xbox at startup & in menus after S14 update

Same or similar issue over here. Freezes as soon as it reaches Main Menu, then crashes.

Update: Deleting local save data fixed it!

I still cannot play after update on Xbox. Freezes on load in or Home Screen.

i’m having the same problem on the series x as well. my menu screen freezes every time i load into the game

Same here, managed to watch 10 seconds of the intro, froze, restarted, got to homescreen, froze again. Still sound but nothing else

Same thing happens on both the Xbox’s at our house. So this is definitely a game issue.

Same thing, my friends and I, we are having the same issue, almost all of us have Xbox serie x and s, and the game doesn’t work at all. In pc and PlayStation is working. I don’t really know what’s going on

Same problem here. I have restarted several times and the problem persists. I couldn’t even watch the beginning of the season clip. It’s as if Blizzard really wants us to go to another game.

my friends had the same issue. deleting the save file fixes it and then it should resync yuor save from the cloud when you restart the game

Same issue, restarting does nothing.

All Xbox players

Manage game and ad ons
Saved data
Delete all (256mb)
I promise you won’t lose anything. This will fix the game
