I’ll queue for a game and when it says “Game Found!” It resets to main menu and says “Failed to connect to server”. I’ve heard this can lead to being banned from playing for a few minutes. This just happened 3 times for me. I really don’t want to end up banned for 8 hours or a day or a week or permabanned…HALP!

Marvel Rivals, FragPunk, and Deadlock for a week, I guess. You can clip replays in those games too!
Me and my friends had the same issue like 5 different times on quickplay and comp yesterday. Some of us would get into the game and some would just keep getting sent back to the home page. My one buddy got a comp ban for leaving cause the game is broken. Fix this blizzard

I am on PS5 and only came across this issue in 6v6 I know it’s my my wifi since I am always at 22-31 ping but when I play 6v6 I will be a 36 ping then just get kick from the game. Had to be a bug on console since I have never had this issue in 5v5 open queue or 5v5 role queue. For people that are getting banned for a long time if you get back on play 5v5 for at least 10 matches without leaving or dc to lower your penalty back to 2mins. I was banned for 30min after getting kicked for no reason in 6v6.
I just had exactly the same issue. I’m on a PS5 and got found game then it failed to connect to server and now I’m at an hour ban. The same things happened yesterday. It’s totally ruins the play experience.

yes, i have the same issue too
did they ever fix this or is this still going on its literally already about to be week and drives coming soon how are the people wrongfully suspended going to participate in getting the drives now

I don’t think they have any intention of fixing the issue tbh because they know we’ll all queue right back up once suspension is over. This has been going on for weeks.
I only ever have this happen when I’m queued with another person tbh and this comment kind of confirms my theory that it’s worsened by playing with friends.
