I have been playing comp lately and often while loading into a map the game will freeze on the team vs. page. It will stay on the team vs. page until I get a warning to leave spawn or be kicked despite not being loaded into the game. I have been waiting out the bans and going back to play after but now I have a 20 hour ban.
I am worried I will be banned from comp because your servers fail to load me into the game.

I experienced the same effect multiple times. It’s even possible that I don’t make it into the lobby at all and receive a suspension for that.
Also, team mates don’t seem very amused about dis- and reconnects (“Voice chat may be recorded to investigate and verify reports of disruptive behavior”).
I also want to note that this kind of “bug reporting system”, is garbage.
Implementing an in-game bug reporting feature that includes date, time, server, match, host information isn’t too hard.
