So I’m turning here because I’ve spent the past week and a half opening tickets and getting absolutely no help from any gm and I’m at the limit now so I can’t open any more tickets anyways, so I am having a issue where I start overwatch on from my psn and I get a error code saying my account has been banned please look at your email and so on. This is not true as blizzard support has told me my account is active and there should be no suspension or ban, so I’ve tried to talk to PlayStation support because it’s only when I play on PlayStation I get this error message, guess what??? They tell me since I can use my psn normally and play any other game that it’s the game publisher at fault. So I’ve been stuck in a cycle of opening tickets with battlenet support trying to fix a issue completely out of my control and I’m getting the most basic ridiculus responses from them and are not doing anything but wasting our time. I am seriously begging someone on here to help me in some way so I can just play the game that I enjoy.
