Game crashes every time i log in

so long story short, i open up the game. It takes about 5 minutes, to load up and then it says that, ‘‘the game has lost connection game server’’. And i cant log i. Please i really want to play the game that i bought, thanks in advance!

i tried restarting my computer uninstalling overwatch and reinstalling and i have tried to restart my internet router
