Game Crashed Multiple Time this Week

The whole game freezes and doesn’t even let me close the application.
I’m sure I have enough storage space.
This has happened multiple times this week, even during competitive games.
The only thing I can do is restart my PC to reopen the game.

Did you check for overheating? Don’t use an app that displays average temperatures.

No, my PC is not overheating (53C)
I’m able to enter the home page, but once I join a game (whether it’s Quick Play, Competitive, or Custom games), the application freezes.
I can still hear the background music, but I have to either restart my PC or end the task from the Task Manager to quit the game

This forum is for player-to-player troubleshooting, however, members are often willing to review a diagnostic report to see if any glaring issues can be spotted. Can you add a DxDiag here?

Click here to show/hide DxDiag report instructions
  1. Press Windows Key + R, then type DxDiag and press Enter.
  2. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
  3. Name the file dxdiag and click Save.

After you have the report:

Note: If you have trouble posting the URL, highlight the link and click </> on the post editor toolbar.

Please note that there is no guarantee what’s causing your issue will be apparent from a DxDiag and you may need to do more investigating on your own or speak with a PC technician.

This issue happened again, and only when I start a Comp game. I can enter the customer game now.
I’ve been banned from competitive for 1 hour. It’s really upsetting and frustrating. The error code from Overwatch is: 1A5D7DCE-E09E-47AA-9C95-E863EC992A61

Those codes can only be read by staff via the ticket system. If you don’t want to troubleshoot here, I recommend getting started with the ticket process.
