Your game crashed and gave me a ‘fatal error’ in competitive play,
I reloaded it and then it says I’m suspended for 10 minutes and lost over 100 points for the privilege of your pitiful excuse of a client crashing on me.
What type of game is that if you don’t encourage people who disconnect to reconnect within under 30 seconds! Then you wonder why theres so much hate when a blizzard employee responds to people over on reddit.
Why should I have to suffer because your game can’t run as its intended?
In all my years of playing video games I have NEVER come across a game in which the user can’t reconnect and is PUNISHED for a brief disconnect with about 6 IN GAME VICTORIES WORTH OF POINTS DEDUCTED. I will not be playing your game or investing anymore money into this franchise
Unfortunately all disconnections and game crashes counts as leaving the match and will be penalized appropriately. The game server has no way to discern a legitimate disconnection or game crash from one that is forcefully caused by a dishonest player to bypass leaver penalties.
