My Overwatch game keeps crashing. I have another account and played for hours with no issues and never crashing. Get back and for 15mins on my main account and the game proceeds to crash.
I have switched between both my main and my alt and only my main has crashed. Please help, I have deleted and reinstalled, deleted save data and even logged out and logged back into my account on my Xbox (yes this is all on console and I play on the Xbox series x)
I don’t know what else to do, my fiancé and I play together all the time and are wired to our internet. He never crashes and only has the occasional lag spike.
Please tell me what I should do or please look into my account and see if there is something within my account itself (whether that be a cosmetic that’s causing a bug/a career profile decoration that’s causing a bug/or one of my setting features that’s causing a bug and ultimately leading to my game crashing)
