Game closing immediately after its been opened

I cannot open the game. I have not had issues with opening the game up to this point. I ran it through bnet launcher and it opened for a second then immediately closed. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, downloaded on steam, updated all my drivers, and ran through all the troubleshooting steps available. I cannot find a fix for this, and everything else on my PC runs fine. My friend was also able to log in with no issue.

Any help would really be appreciated!!

While you wait for assistance, I suggest opening the Windows Reliability Monitor (Win10) or Reliability history (Win11), which may show you what’s happening in the background to cause any errors.

I just looked at the Reliability History and it seemed there was some Razer file installed, I thought I had removed them all previously but it seemed one had remained on my PC. Thanks for letting me know Have a nice day
