Is it just me or does anyone have an issue not being able to hear anybody in game chat. I play on the Xbox one series X and had this issue since launch. When I go to game chat my friends can hear me but I can’t hear them and it would show that I am talking. I tried everything I can find online but nothing fixed it. Im not sure if it is because of the mic I have, but it’s driving me nuts. Can someone help me with this please I just wish to use the game chat feature.

I have the exact same problem. Everything was fine before the update to OW2, hopefully they fix this

What worked for me couple times:
If you’re in game chat switch to team chat - switch back again.
If you’re in team chat switch to game chat - switch back again.
Let me know if it worked 
I hope they fix this, found out dont send a message during PLOG it freezes your console and after booting back up, the game i played wasnt accounted for… gone like team who got hit by dva’s ultimate.
Sadly it didn’t work
