Hey so I was wondering if anyone knows why when I stream Overwatch game chat (NOT party chat) audio doesn’t get picked up at all? I play on Xbox.
I’m using the Elgato HD 60s+ and using Streamlabs for Windows. I’ve tried looking it up online but can’t really seem to find a solution. I like using my headset a lot so idk if that could be a reason why it doesn’t work.
If it is thats kinda stupid because if I want to communicate I need to use my mic but I can’t use my mic if I can’t use my headset.
So I was curious if anyone knows what I need to do
Is this the first time you are encountering this issue? Have you been playing before without any issues?
Well the thing is I wanna say I’ve been able to get the game chat before but I honestly can’t remember as most of the games I get don’t have ppl talking but I’d still like to capture it when they do.
So I’m not really sure to be honest but if I had to guess I wanna say it’s an on and off thing I believe
IIRC there have been alot of issues with Voice Chat on both Playstation and Xbox, so it’s hard to say if it’s an issue related to Blizzard themselves.
That issue has been around for around a year now or so.
Technically what you’re using should capture it, even if Blizzard or Xbox doesn’t fully support it.
Sadly enough i have no known issue for the VC issue or if it’s another issue sadly enough. Hopefully someone else does know how to fix these issues.
