So I’m playing in Minneapolis area, and starting from earlier this month I have had constant short disconnections which I was able to log back into the match. The latency had been healthy, around 20ms every time. The CPU temperature stayed around 65C. The disconnections usually happen in the heat of the game, not in every match but usually once in every three to four matches.
Starting from three days ago I would get this type of disconnection where I could not log back into the game and I have to re-enter my account info to hopefully get back in the game. I have even been penalized for leaving my games early because I could not log back in.
I have never had this problem before and the cable gave me rather stable and good internet speed.
Would appreciate any help.
Let’s look at a WinMTR test to see if this is indeed related to a connection issue.

Saw your other post. Since I’m not sure if the hop that is having lag is the one before Blizzard, or their server (the servers don’t respond to most of these tests), I recommend opening a ticket. They can investigate if anyone on your ISP is also experiencing the same issue.
Ok I have sent them an email explaining the issue, I will let you know what they replied. The same issue happened to me again around five minutes ago, when playing the first game of the day. I also got disconnected and cannot get logged back in. I will see if I could catch a WinMTR report in time next time.
This test shows 90% packet loss between computer and router, but it’s hard to tell if it’s ignoring ping requests or actually experiencing a major connection problem. What has your ISP said about this issue? Since they handle your internet, you should be discussing this issue with them also. They can read the WinMTR tests.
Hi there, sorry for the late reply. My ISP never replied to my emails nor my online chats. The issue is still happening very frequently though.
There’s no server issues happening at this time, in any region. So you’ll have to keep working with your ISP to resolve this.
