I love playing Ashe and her current state and I wish she’d stay this way but trust me, Brizzardu will change her like this:
While we feel Ashe is in a real good spot in terms of balance, we’re directing some of her damage from dynamite to her primary weapon by reducing the dynamite damage over time effect and reducing her reload time. This should reinforce Ashe more in her role of hybrid sniper while giving enemies more opportunity to counter her dynamite damage.
Dynamite damage over time effect reduced by 15.
Primary weapon full reload time reduced by 1 sec.
How do I know this one might ask? Well I’m basically God.
That would be a nerf. Sure reload buff increases her POTENTIAL damage output, but that doesn’t compensate for a HARD damage nerf.
Not to mention Ashe’s dynamite is fine. Who even dies to it? Like maybe a couple guys in a game. Easy to heal or stop with medpack or several abilities.
If anything, we need more dot damage and less insane burst.
And all heroes need drop off damage removed. A genji out dpsing Ashe from max range is ludicrous. How hard does he throw those shuriken?
I don’t think so. The long reload is intentional, to make each shot count more. Some people are already upset over a boosted Ashe that can head shot (as if only Widow should ever do this), and that would make it worse.
The TNT OTOH, I expect it might get a nerf by a couple tics, nothing more.
What you left out is that B.O.B probably need a small buff despite new players who struggle against him, once they learn he’s very easy to deal with. a couple hundred points of armor would really help him out.
