This would be a problem with the way you setup your monitors in Windows or inside the GPU driver management software. Set the primary display there and it will reflect in game.
Firstly. this is wrong. And not helpful as it would change my primary monitor. Secondly, thanks to ChatGPT; I found out I can change the monitor Overwatch defaults to in its settings, but only change this while the game is actively in fullscreen mode. Which is the actual solution to my problem. Thank you anyway.

For anyone who may come across this, the method I mentioned also works if you don’t want to feed the LLM.
