it is half a year since I post this and I keep suffering from icn1 server (home, company internet. tried anywhere that i can it is always the same result: ~400ms)
Everytime I matched on a icn1 game I either have to play in ‘robotic stopmotion game style’ or just quit and accept the penalty.
So frustrating

There is no officially supported method for avoiding particular servers.
I believe that server is in Seoul. Are you far from there?
