Typically, when I see Widowmakers, they play on the backline, in the distance. But I like to be right in the action, so Ive beeb playing Frontline Widowmaker. I gotta say, its really fun! What a rush! Reminds me of paintball. 
And i love her Mythic so much that Im gonna try make her my new DPS Main!

How does that work?
I have played against a few Widowmakers that like to flank. It’s mildly infuriating because they will not fire a single shot until they manage to get a sight line on you. And so I start having to play 4D chess and camp bizarre positions waiting for them to try sneak around and dome me.
Do you mean like that? Because I freaking hate that kind of Widow vs Widow match xD
Try playing objectively-only Widowmaker on control maps.
As a suppport main - I approve. Frontline Widows are easy kills for me.
Its kinda like that. There can be some flanking.
But this is mainly with defending payloads and being Frontline with the payload.
