From the Overwatch Cookbook: Moira's Irish Coffee

Prep time: 5 minutes Yield: 1 serving Dietary: Gluten-free/Vegetarian

1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
1 oz/ 29.5 ml Irish whiskey
2 cups of freshly brewed coffee
1/2 cups whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  1. Put the brown sugar in the bottom of a heatproof glass or mug, then pour the whiskey over. Swirl to dissolve the sugar, and then pour in the coffee
  2. In a small bowl, quickly whip together the cream and spices with a whisk until the cream is fluffy, but not quite stiff. Gently spoon some of this onto the top of the coffee. Enjoy as is, or stir the cream into the hot coffee, Drink IMMEDIATELY (Or risk cold coffee)

dont like coffee (and im colombian)…but ill take one of those

could always try an irish cocoa, it could be good?
also make sure you try and get a good whiskey.

The best way I found out to make the cream, was using the shaker instead. Just the right amount of shakes gave the perfect consistency on the cream. It shouldn’t be shaken stiff, so when you pour it you use the back of a spoon to add a layer of cream on top. Sprinkle with some brown sugar for garnish and serve.
