The friends list in the Overwatch stopped displaying after the bug fix. I tried to solve the problem in the settings by checking files, but the problem remained. At the same time, the list of friends is displayed in the Battle net application.
same here cant see friends list on battle.net app and in game console xbox. says unknown not connected because im offline. but i am online

Same here I can’t see my friends active while they are and same for them, they can see me. My list of friends is almost completely empty and the cross play one is fully empty. What’s happening on those servers ??

I’m also having a similar issue with the game not showing cross platform friends despite cross platform being turned on

Same here, I’ve tried reinstalling and nothing has changed, I can only see them if I change region to Asia, when my friends are all in Europe and I’m in europe too.
I also can’t see my friends, but when I changed servers to NA instead of EU i could get them. I thought it was because my battle.net was connected to NA too, but when I connected everything back to EU, my friends list was still empty. With the battle.net in EU and Overwatch in NA I could have my friends list back. And with 320 PING it’s kind of another game.
Same here, also, how do you change your battle.net to another region, I know how to change the overwatch region, but not the battlenet region
Asked like 50 people from friends list. All of them are experiencing this issue.
