I have not been able to friend request people lately. I try to send a request but it says error code 1005, but when I went to see what I do to fix this it’s not even possible. It’s says to go to the gear icon in the friends section of the application but there is no cogwheel. So what do I do now? It’s been about a week since I’ve been able to send a request. Ive tried on both my PS4 and Nintendo switch

Like I said I’ve tried but there is no cogwheel icon anywhere on the friends page did you read all the way through my forum?

sorry but could u say where we would find the wheel (ex: upper left, bottom right, etc) because i can’t seem to see it anywhere either(i’m in the app and on the website)

Top right I think. I tried to get the app, but it’s a mess.

All my request are cleared and I still get “ “The invite could not be sent due to an internal problem (5001)”

How do we contact support? I keep getting redirected to these pages and I have the same problem discussed here after I completed all the recommendations.

To anyone who got this issue “error 5001” to fix it download Battle.net-setup on a pc or computer to find the “ cogwheel icon “, I’ve used my macbook and it worked perfectly.
