Hello everybody, i have very, VERY recently bought overwatch but my friend has had it for awhile but when we tried to send a friend request to each other it wouldn’t work
he plays on xbox and when he goes to social to begin adding friends there is absolutely nothing there and when i friended him the request didn’t show up for him im on pc

You cannot communicate with console players on Battle.net. There are currently no major cross-platform feature for Overwatch at this time either. If you are just looking to chat outside of the game, I would suggest using the Windows 10 Xbox Features or have your friend download the Battle.net Social App for their iOS or Android device.
