Finally got into the game and friends can see me but my friend’s list doesn’t exist right now in OW2

About the same. Me and my friends can not see each other in OW2, but can see each other in Battlenet…
You’ll need to reboot/restart the client. You’re missing an update which has you on the older version of the game (yes, since the launch).
Up to date, repaired the client aswell but didn’t change for me. Friend list still empty

Same here. Yesterday I got in for half an hour and had my friend list, but logging in today my entire friend list is wiped. My friends can still see me though.
How is it even possible that they can be friends with me, while I’m not friends with them?? Wonky servers be wonky fr
No change. Right after launch I had my friend list like normal, but logging in today ( 10 hours later) my entire friend list is gone. Seems the opposite of what you said has happened 
Game is up to date btw, all post launch patches installed.
For reference logging out and back in did fix it. I didn’t mean to log out but a dc and a queue later it worked.
Okay so still having issues and I download every update before launching the game. My friend and I even tried to remove/add each other after. Nothing.
Hey devs, it’s still not fixed for me. Client version 2.1.0.1.106128. Check update shows I’m on the latest release. Restarted client multiple times today, it’s still empty up until the server goes maintenance. Hope it’s fixed when the server goes live

Also having this issue but you can get around it by manually inviting by typing /invite into the chat followed by the battle tag of whoever you want to invite to party
