Freja ult is on cooldown?

She gets her ult every fight. Several games with Freja on both teams and it’s just constant Freja ults. What’s the point of making it an ult if she can build it that quickly? I thought Mei built hers too quickly but Freja is a joke at this point.

Might as well give it a 30s CD and make it an ability!

Freja is secretly a Junker confirmed.

Because it basically is a third ability. It is incredibly weak and does nothing on its own.
