Freezes for a split second at random times

I have a new pc that should be performing very well. Not sure why this is happening. My drivers are updated and I’ve tried to repair the game itself. Here is my DxDiag on paste bin - JjYS7V9U

Blue screens errors are not generally supported by the staff in this forum, but there are some things you can address to work on resolving this:

Event Name: BlueScreen
Response: Not available
Cab Id: 497096c5-9a79-4024-ab02-b9245b3b9e3f

Problem signature:
P1: 10e

This error corresponds to a video memory issue. Microsoft has some notes about this error here. Using Display Driver Uninstaller and then reinstalling may help.

Problem signature:
P1: DTSAPO3Service.exe

This is the audio driver. Reinstalling audio drivers from the motherboard manufacturer website, or through the nVidia app may help.

Event Name: APPCRASH
Response: Not available
Cab Id: 0

Problem signature:
P1: mbamtray.exe

Prevent MalwareBytes from loading on startup or running in the background, as this will definitely affect fps and sometimes causes access issues for the game directories.

I’m so confused what this is? I don’t get blue screens, at least I can’t see them? Is a blue screen something else?

Does it say what audio driver it is? Again, I’m not sure where I reinstall this from?

Not all blue screens shut down your computer. When they show up in the error report it means there is something wrong with how a piece of hardware is interacting with the system, like a driver or the physical hardware itself. I recommended in my reply to reinstall the GPU drivers to see if that helps. As this is not a PC technician forum (only the Overwatch software itself is supported here), you may want to seek out a hardware forum or speak with a PC technician to fully address that error.

Please carefully re-read my previous reply. I quoted the audio driver experiencing the error and where to download/install it from.

Ok thank you Ill try this.

Im not familiar with what DTSAO is. I read that you said to download the audio drivers from nvidia or the motherboard manufacturer. Im confused however which driver that I need to reinstall and do I go to the manufacturers website or nvidia website for it. Sorry, I’m not very tech savy, I appreciate you helping me though.

Reinstalling the GPU drivers will probably package the audio driver with it.

So I reinstalled all the nvidia drivers (including the audio driver). This is the new dxdiag from pastebin - ihuBPjCK. This is also after one game of OW.

There’s a new error for the Razer Game Scanner module that controls the digital games library. I recommend disabling it. Beyond that, the video memory error is still showing up, and unfortunately, I don’t have any further advice for how to address it. I recommend speaking with a local PC technician.

Ok thank you for your help I’ll speak with them.
