I just went into the OWL section of the menu and noticed that the season starts on the 14th… so my question is:
Are we going to get the free 100 tokens at the start and the 1 token for every map watched on Twitch like last year? I’m really looking forward to collecting the Toronto Defiant Skins along with contiuing my London Spitfire Collection this year…

technically if you buy the all access pass on twitch you get a free 200 coins but Its unknown if they’ll give free tokens at the beginning of season 2

I had many questions like this myself, and I hope we get the free 100 tokens.
I do believe there is no free tokens for the start of this season. Remember you can get 200 Overwatch League tokens with the purchase of the 2019 Twitch All-Access Pass (which includes many other great rewards.
In addition, streaming rewards are very likely to return for 2019. Remember to watch the Overwatch League on Twitch or OverwatchLeague.com with your linked BattleNet account to earn free tokens including the chance to earn 100 token bonus drops at the end of every map in every match starting on February 14th!

I still haven’t received my 200 tokens for the pass. I connected my account and everything but it’s been 3 days and still no tokens on Ps4. Do you know if tokens will be added when owl starts?
Remember that you must connect both your Twitch account to your BattleNet account:

Also the promotion is brand new so I have not done proper testing yet myself. They may not yet have distributed tokens yet.
Double update on your question, I was just informed by Blizzard Customer Service that due to a technical issue, PlayStation 4 players need to reach out to Blizzard Support for assistance with getting the 200 free tokens for specifically the Twitch All-Access Pass.

Does the Twitch app on mobile work for getting tokens?
Yes. However if you use “casting” devices such as a Chromecast, that may not work correctly.
