Frames dropping in game

Hello guys i been having this trouble about a week or more and im running on an Alienware m15
16 gb ram, RTX 2070 Max-Q
1Tb memory
1444 hz res screen
and im running Overwatch with Ultra. Before the update i didnt have any problems with the frames dropping they were around 140-160 on games
but now that i am playing my frames go from the highest to 30-42 and its horrible! i tried everything even repairing and uninstalling the game
i have no idea what to do and im asking for as much help as possible.

and im only having this problem with overwatch only…
i play other games with high graphics with no problem.
