Frame skipping every so often

I’m having frame skipping when playing. Not bad but happens every minute or so for just a sec. I have a 2070 super, windows 10, 16gb ddr4, I mean I should be fine lol. I was playing fine on my old system and it was a 1060 6gb. Any help would be appreciated :slight_smile: Here is my DxDiag. https://pastebin.com/EXVCkyRz

There are a lot of processes crashing or consuming resources in the background.

Problem signature:
P1: GameManagerService.exe

Razer Game Manager Service controls and constantly scans for a digital game library in the background. Disable this module.

A lot of different apps use this name, so I’m not sure which one it refers to without looking at more specific reports from the PC. One app is harmless but considered bloatware that comes installed from the manufacturer, while another version of it monitors your web browsing habits and sends them to a third-party. It’s up to you to figure out what type of app this is and prevent it from running in the background.

This error occurs when the Overwatch client is using the last of your available RAM… meaning that too many other things are using resources while you’re trying to game.
