I’m on PC and I’ve ran the game at a stable 120 fps for the past few months on Ultra. All of the sudden after the Season 18 update I’ve started to have sections of gameplay where I drop below 60 fps for short periods of time. Not lag spikes, these short periods are usually at least 10 seconds. I tried changing my settings to Medium, but the performance has been the same. Consistent 120fps, and then big 10 second drops.
