After a few days playing overwatch 2 on my laptop, it started lagging a lot at the menu and fps won’t increase from 10. I had 100 fps in high settings before and now on the menu won’t go past 10.
My system
ASUS TUF Gaming F15 FX506LI_FX506LI
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti
Intel core I5-10300H CPU 2.5GHz
Add a Dxdiag, but it’s likely some other app with an overlay causing it.
I can’t fit the whole box dialog box here. Its 65 pages long. I tried to add my google drive link with the file but failed.

Are you sending the video feed to a TV? If so, this is the likely cause of the issue.
I am using HDMI cable but that is not the problem I am 100% sure because when all this started, I was in my college playing on my laptop then all of the sudden insane in game lag. And now always lags starting at the menu screen after about the animation load has started. I play on two different computers and both of them use the same screen and my laptop only has this issue with extra monitor or not it does not matter. I have updated to windows 11 and it did not fix the issue either. My computer CPU spikes to 100 when the game is open. When other games such as Rust don’t even cross the 70% usage sometimes. I tried to manually select the dedicated video card for gaming to see if one of the problems I found on the forum was the same on my computer but no luck. I have tried updating video graphics drivers and the update did not change the lag issue. The highest FPS I was able to achieve even if I select turbo usage on my computer is 12 highest and lowest is 9. The only way for me to currently play the game is for me to use my old PC which I had to format and do several changes so that it could run the game and it’s really uncomfortable.
