Hello everyone! I recently got a new pc and it has been running great and I’ve been getting about 120-160 fps every match. Since the beginning of February however, I’ve only been averaging about 60-90 fps a game. I’ve tried almost everything, and I know it’s not a cpu or gpu problem. It’s important to add that games like Fortnite and valorant work just fine, it only seems to be a problem in overwatch. Id appreciate some help since it’s been rlly hard to enjoy the game.

I did actually look into this problem before, many people recommend uninstalling the update so I did, but nothing changed. I’ve also had the update for a while before that and it worked just fine. I really have no idea what it could be
Ever since the recent update, I have been getting rubber-banding issues when I play the game. I have not encountered this issue previously up until the update, and the game has been virtually unplayable. It is difficult for me to delve into competitive mode because of the quality of the experience I am having, which is frustrating because there are a lot of rewards I need to catch up on. I have personally done most of the diagnostics myself, from uninstalling the game entirely from Steam, and Blizzard, to repairing the installs and deleting programs from my storage (which did not make a difference). I have also played the game in my region, which is Asia, have tried updating my Windows, and have even tried to close down all applications that might interfere with the gameplay, but nothing seems to work. I came to the conclusion that is not a hardware issue, because my Laptop has a really powerful GPU, and I have not encountered a GPU problem before the update. Additionally, my internet connection is strong as well, and has been for a while, as I have also tested it with other online games, and has worked fine. So it seems that the issue is rooted within the game itself, and I do not know how to fix it. Kindly help me with this situation because I have invested a lot in the game, and it would be waste to not enjoy the game anymore due to rubber-banding issues.
