Fps drops while streaming

Hi, I am having an issue with my game.
Pc specs: i7 - 8750H
GPU: Rtx 2090 max q
Ram: 24GB.

At some point i was able to run the game on epic graphs while streaming and v-sync on. With no fps drops. (144 at all times, well not going under 135-140 anyways)
Now if I run the game on low graphs while streaming… I am hiting even 100-110 fps sometimes. Can somebody help me out with this?

I tried it with N-vidia discrete graphs and without (optimus mode)
The thing is that if i run discrete graphs(so only the rtx max q 2080) I am pretty much having bigger fps, about 150-180, but I am having allot of screen tearing.
Also I have to mention that at the begining on low graphs with discrete graphs i had constantly 200-230 fps.

Now I have a second monitor connected so i can always watch my chat and things like that. Do you think this is an issue?
What can I do to improve cuz I think the system should do pretty fine even on epic graphs and streaming right??

Also I have to add that the nvidia control panel is maximized for best perfomance. ( Nvidia physx x to rtx gpu.) Optimal power prefer maximum perfomance things like that, with all other Antialiasing and stuff turned of, except for antialiasing gama correction and threaded optimization and negative lod bias.

Since you already have a monster of a pc, I can’t say for sure what is wrong.

Are you running 100% or 200% Render Scale. I got the 2080 too with all the fancy streaming hardware, but I still use my old pc for streaming. No FPS loss that way.

Limit core usage in the task manager.
Allocate first ckres to OW and remaining cores to other programs like OBS.

What is RTX 2090?

Also isnt your PC is a laptop? I recall this cpu in one of mobile products

I understand that people can build PC’s that can functionally stream and play at the same time however functional doesn’t always mean optimal. It’s always better to go with a dedicated gaming PC and a dedicated steaming PC.

But also I noticed an average 10fps drop since the most recent update with no changes to my settings
