Hi.
Since last update I get frequent fps drops to around 40fps up to 1 second and characters seems to teleport. Wich makes the game unplayable. Before update everyting ran smooth and my fps was rarely under 110. My in game settings are the same, Fullscreen Ultra preset.
Also when in menues there is a long waiting time with a black screen when navigating to a new menu.
Temperatures are fine, 65c Cpu 70c Gpus.
Hardware:
CPU: i7 6700k
GPU: 2x Rx580 Radeon Software Version 19.1.1 reinstalled
MEM: 16GB
DISK: Samsung 850 PRO 1TB
Monitor: Acer XZ321QU 1440p 144fps over HDMI

There are a few things that can cause FPS drops in Overwatch along with black screens when changing menus. The big one is corrupt settings, so lets take care of that first.
Delete the Overwatch Cache folders
Right click the start button and select File Explorer
Find Documents
Delete the Overwatch folder
Special Note: This will reset all your in-game settings. If you are able to sign in please review your setup before deleting the folder. This will allow you to reset everything back to normal one section at a time to help identify what was causing the issue. If the issue does not come back it means the folder was corrupted.
If this doesn’t fix the issue lets get a DXIDAG so we can get a better look into what’s happening.

Deleting the OW folder seems to have fixed the issue.
I played one quickmatch now and the menus and Fps was Ok. No black screen and 110-155fps on 1440 ultra.
