FPS drops by half and game freezes

Overwatch 2 was working well until I went on vacation for a month, when I came back my game would freeze multiple times and whenever that happened my frames would drop by half.
I’m on the lowest graphic setting, uninstalled on Battle and reinstalled through Steam and updated my drivers. My fps is capped at 60 and when I tried lowering it to 30 I would just randomly drop to 15 frames.
This is only happening on Overwatch and has been going on for about a month.

My specs:

  • Intel i7-10700F
  • GeForce RTX 2060

It looks like you are having issues with your peripehral software. The latter of the two is known to chew through the CPU usage.

Problem signature:
P1: Discord.exe

The overlay may also be causing an issue.
