FPS Drop since busan

any news on the fps problems happening since the busan update i’ve tried every trouble shooting thing listed on this website no luck never had a problem before now i can’t even play in low settings because i get 10 fps used to get 60 on high

specs are
R9 380
fx6100 six core

Can you also tell us what other steps you have tried from that thread to resolve the issue?
