Hello ,
I am aware everyone is posting the same thing about patch dropping frames. I want to start a thread that people can post their specs and driver versions.
CPU: AMD 7800x3D
GPU: RTX 5070 Ti > Nvidia Driver was 581.80 when my fps dropped from 480 to 270) Now I am at 390-400 with Nvidia Driver 591.44
RAM: 32GB 6000 M/Ts
Windows 11 24H2 Dec 2025 Cumulative Security Update.
Monitor: 1440p OLED 360hz
I was able to get 480 FPS before the patch and I was at half or so 240-270 in Blizzard world.
Practice range was 440/480
I did the update for Nvidia driver and then I got back to 380-400 in Shambali Monastery.
Practice range was 460-470/480
Blizzard, this game is not playable. It causes motion blur because the fps drops. I happened to be a guinea pig and download that 591.44 but this needs to be patched before we head out for break.
Thank you,

Horrible performance and frame drops here too:
CPU: AMD 5600
GPU: AMD 6700XT
Driver: 25.12.1
RAM: F4-3200C16-8GVKB
Windows 11
Monitor: GIGABYTE M27Q-X 1440p.
Was getting stable 240 fps. Now there are constant drops to 180-200 about every 5 seconds rendering game practically unplayable. I am getting the motion blur from the drops as well.

Right now weird feelings of way lower performance on my newly upgraded 5060Ti from my 3060Ti in OW2. I did quick benchmark of OW2 in training room just as I got my 5060Ti, had 500-700ish fps, now it training room it more like 250-350fps, and even worse in game where getting hella close to dropping below 144fps in teamfights, when earlier I was almost always at 270-300ish in teamfights with everything on lowest and heavy use of DLLS.
Not sure what going on here, just read many mention it seems like common factor is Ryzen CPU’s

I am also experiencing a massive fps drop. Was playing last night after updating drivers and windows update. I would drop anywhere between 50-100 frames.
I have a Ryzen 9070xt with 16GB of memory. for some reason even with the latest tech it’s been rough.
Billion dollar company btw.

I was getting pretty consistently high frame rates and after season 20 update it constantly drops frames/hitches/stutters. There have been a few matches where it felt like things weren’t as bad, but it has gotten to the point where the stutters are so bad it’s not really playable without basically throwing the match.
After latest patch, I can’t play OW2.

Hello all, and Developers you there?
With each update game becomes heavy, FPS drop is intensive.
This game is becoming CPU killer.
Instead of investing 2 months in creating buggy skin for Junkrat, maybe try optimize game??
Or lose players.

I normally play at 300 fps without drops, but now I’m dropping 50-100 frames every game during fights, and even seems to get worse when I’m grouped up with friends. It’s just been making me log off.
i was getting about 200 mid fights and after the patch im getting 140 - 160 thats crazy how blizzard dont give a flip about us
nice gaming experience
