I have been having a problem for months now. I use to have good constant fps that was 60+, but I have been having very bad fps problems around 20-30 fps. This happened without me doing anything, and has really been annoying for me, as it makes the game almost unplayable. This also only happens with overwatch, no other game has the same problem. I would like to see some solutions to this problem if anyone has dealt with this before. Thank you.
I’ve had this issue before, where after an update my fps just tanked from 80 to 20 for no reason. I found that deleting the settings file in the overwatch folder fixed it, although you will have to re-set the graphics settings you had before in-game.

Have had this issue since the Ashe patch and it’s made this game borderline unplayable at times.
The sudden drops to 20fps are rage inducing.
Contacted support and all I got were some experimental procedures nothing concrete and a guranteed fix. Don’t hold your breath you may be in for the long run.
