Yup. With just our simple discussion I’ve decided to take a break from the forums for a couple of months starting tomorrow. Reading toxic stuff every day can’t be good for anyone.

I’d be cool with down votes coming back, but if they did bring them back, I’d hope they’d include other icons that would add nuance.
After all, a down vote could mean “this is a bad idea”, but it could also simply mean “I disagree” while having no bearing on the actual validity of the idea being pushed.
