Widows gun on any other hero to be honest…
Bastion gun on any tank. Maybe Zarya or D.Va.

Definitely not the strongest, but I always thought Roadhog with Widowmaker’s grapple would be a fun thing to see, especially if he could hook/pull enemies while pulling himself somewhere.
Honestly the strongest is probably something super boring, like adding Orisa’s barrier to Sigma.

I wonder why that is
because Moira’s fade is just so ridiculously overpowered for a hero of her design. If anything, giving it to Zenyatta would be perfect and NOT overpowered. But nope…
