If there was one thing you could change, what would it be?
For me it would be to lower the prices. If I could do one more thing, it would be to have an alternative to the phone number requirment.

Implement a system that automatically detects (through the use of magic of course) if someone has been banned before, and then bans them again. Then remove the phone verification requirement

My idea is similar. A functional report system that does its job. Imagine a world where toxic players were forced to change their attitude or leave the game and where false reporters were banned over victims who would have a fair appeal process.
Too bad my demands are too unrealistic.

I like the rework don’t get me wrong but the easiest way to deal with Bastion’s hitbox issue is to rework it into a tank hero

20m beam range for Echo again 
Let prepaid phone users play the game. That one issue dwarfs everything else. At the very least, OW1 owners should be able to play without a phone, that’s just common decency.

I’d either buff Reinhardt’s shield or give him better Zoning abilities. If he’s not going to have range, he still needs something to keep him viable.
Why play him over Sigma for example? Sigma has more range, more consistant damage at range, a more mobile shield his rock to stun targets for a bit, and a DM that gives him health. Reinhardt has less tools with no real compensation.
People acts like his ability to charge in and feed is a good thing, or an extra fire strike is supposed to do something. Have you never used fire strike and lost half your health or more due to being shot during the animation?
I would put a “donate a yacht” button to the main screen.
Make RQ for competitive mode only and return Quick play to it’s former glory.
I’d like them to gift the IP to a competent developer and watch the game flourish.
