While in queue for a ranked match, if you join a custom match the exact moment a match is found the game doesn’t know where to put you and you get stuck “entering match”.
If you wait, you will get kicked from the match and receive a ban.
If you crash the game and try to rejoin you quickly, the match will be canceled and you will receive a ban.
Extremely frustrating. So while my team and I received 3 Un just bans today we went and played a different game.
