Me personally? probably not. Everything that made Overwatch a joy to play has been taken away.

I’m on temporary leave due to the patch issue. I’ll come back when things are a bit more consistent-and whatever internal affairs are more settled (since let’s be real there are absolutely some internal issues going on).
For people who quit ow2, why are you still here on the forum?

LMAO I saw your first post a while ago and you’ve literally spent the past 2 weeks making 198 posts talking about how you have quit the game.
Just go play something else, you don’t need other people to tell you that it’s okay to not like something

Not as long as anyone who currently has a hand in it remains working on it. With the exception of anyone who is an artist or sound designer, there needs to be a clean sweep. Coders, management, execs, writers, marketing, they’d all have to be replaced.

Well, this game turned into a big pile of bs. Havent played over a week or two and it feels good. Since that „sequel“ it’s just pure frustration. Maaaaybe I will give it another try but I fear I am gonna ragequit AGAIN^^ (happened 1-3 times during the whole overwatch era at best, which should be telling)

They are the same sort of people who won’t dare turn on a mic but use match chat to talk about their own team to the enemy team.
My guess is they were bullied in school and this is their way of “getting even”.
In other soda news, Mountain Dew announced they are bringing back Pitch Black next year. Hana Song was last seen jumping into her mech and taking off in the direction of Pepsi HQ.
As support I got sick of genji, sombra, sojourn and 1-shots. I was waiting for the patch to come back and try again, but they have only tried to fix genji and sombra but sojourn is still going to be the same (and yes, she is a problem in a lot of low elo games). I might just sit it out until the season 2 patch where they might actually try to fix sojourn. But if they keep her 1-shot I think I might sit it out longer.

If Blizzard tweaks the matchmaking for solo players in QP then almost certainly. I’m not bothered by monetizing (sorry?). My frustration is all about the matchmaker.

Currently OW2 is full of troll players who are far more problematic than a smurf.
It is impossible to educate users who do not know how to group up because their chats are monitored.

Too lazy to type up a whole new thing on the subject so I will just paste what I said to some Discord friends:
"I uninstalled Overwatch 2. I haven’t played it for a while and don’t see myself doing so any time soon. It just doesn’t feel good anymore.
They pretty much made it for “whales” as people like to call them. People who buy up things in games left and right.
For example, in OW1 you were always able to earn skins and such during holiday events just through gameplay. Now there is no way to get them unless you pay real money. Of course the cosmetics are just that, cosmetic, but the quality of the game will suffer for that as well.
I mainly quit because the game feels way too fast paced now compared to before. Survival times are just extremely low and games end up as one-sided matches far more often than not."
You may ask…Why am I still here on the forums? I rarely visit them, but I do check once in a while to see if there are any updates on the situation. If they kept OW1 up like they said they would, I may have been playing that still, but for now I have no plans to return.
