Flex dps patch notes

The projectile role has been having a rough time recently so here are my patch notes:

Pharah

  • Fuel regen rate goes from 35 to 45

Doomfist

  • Uppercut recovery goes from 0.35 to 0.2

  • Rocket punch max impact damage lowered to 75

  • Rocket punch max wall collision damage lowered to 75

  • Rocket punch max charge up time takes 1 second now instead of 1.4 seconds

  • Seismic slam range buffed to 15m to 20m

Hanzo

  • Number of storm arrows reduced to 3

  • Max arrow speed buffed to 125 from 110

Mei

  • No longer has multi-freeze

  • Ammo buffed to 160

Sym:

  • I don’t play this hero so I don’t know what she needs. Arcadium and Zephrin have some pretty good ideas though.

Genji:

  • Blade can no longer be damage boosted

  • Deflect reverted back to 1.5 seconds and can no longer be manually cancelled(unless you use swift strike or wall climb)

  • Spread increased from 9 to 10

  • Ult charge for blade increased by 20%

  • RMB recovery time lowered from 0.75 to 0.65

  • Shuriken damage increased from 28 to 30

  • LMB recovery decreased from 0.95 to 0.85

Personally, I’d keep it cancelable but make it more counter-able, make it have an obvious sound queue, and add a small delay between canceling deflect and being able to shot again.

I feel like it would be better if it would have been 0.7s, since the damage is 30 and not 29.

I would also make it so his primary fire has a faster projectile speed like 70ms.

All good other than the 20% Ult Charge, make it +10%.

These are actually very good changes. One thing I’d add tho is I don’t think hanzo needs these changes or changes at all. These would probably make him way weaker close range.

I mean that’s the point, I’m trying to make him better at mid range but weaker at close.
