Crazy how MR now has well known overwatch streamers as part of an official event. Sucks for overwatch but I’m sure this is great for these streamers. Hopefully gives them “an out” for streaming only 1 game 
I know we have our creator patches here but that’s mostly just meme balancing modes
I’m sure they would all do concord streams if they were getting paid to do so (if the game existed)
every streamer who is not leaving ow for MR is CRAZY. ow is a dead game for streaming and only a few survived these terrible ow2 years. these now have to leave too because MR is not a mediocre game and it wont let ow2 breath. They will come back when 6v6 comes back like many others who left the game, until then they have to go to MR, its the only logical choice since their audience will also move there.
I’m sure after steaming OW for years, another different game to play is nice for them. Especially when it’s also a job.
I’ve noticed quite a few OW YouTubers and streamers starting to turn on this game and I wonder if there’s drama behind the scenes. Or maybe that’s just the only content they can make with how OW currently is, critiques and criticism. And the occasional “ok here’s the patch notes” videos 
I too, would choose an easy paycheck.

the moment flats starts streaming he is on top of page 1 for MR just from his usual ow audience watching. this brings thousand more viewers to his stream and potentially grow his channel marginally. its suicidal not to take advantage of it. seagull became the biggest ow streamers exactly like this. he deserved it but still, this is how it happened.
blizzard is about to blacklist these streamers from hosting or attending another blizzard sanctioned event
flats is mad that hes one person no longer getting catered to mr needs to make him mad to make him quit playing that game as well he seems to hate when he no longer is catered to
People did get payed to play it and i havent seen any of these streamers payed to play rivals
He’s made a lot of videos criticizing the game so maybe the switch was easier for him
Yeah I saw several people doing review of the game and such
But even right now, I would be sitting there with concord in the title staring at a blank screen of Sony was paying me to do so 
so many deserving CC making great content for MR. samito bogur and necros have been fire. they all have guides, tier lists, etc. Been following much of the community migration over the last 2 weeks of MR. It’s a breath of fresh air.
Only deadbeats are left making content for OW2. It’s a ded game. I would 100% 1trick MR but it’s just not optimized enough for my hardware. until then im stuck between OW and MR.
I don’t want overwatch to die, and funny enough I think MR could be the reason it doesn’t

overwatch was never a popular streaming game, even at its peak it was like 50-70k views. the youtube scene for overwatch was always bigger.
CCs are going to sell their soul to anything.
Most are probably already itching for anything that can get them more views.

Why are people so desperate to get everyone else off Overwatch? Emongg said he likes Overwatch and will keep playing it. If someone doesn’t like the game, they can stop playing and leave. Don’t have to convince everyone else to do it or be on a bandwagon.
The thing is, that I dont think they are payed. They just enjoy the game much more than OW and because they are good in OW, they dominate in MR. So its kind of the perfect opportunity for them. OW players in general have a giant edge of any other kinds of players in Rivals.
Not to mention the game is quite huge and its easy to gather a big audience for a new big game. They even kind of gave up on the 6v6 test for it.
I love the quote “I did not expected for Marvels to be so fun” and I am in the same boat. Its crazy how good the game is.

To stream MR? no….It’d just be stupid to not follow the crowd of people checking out the new toy
But for them to be a part of a MR event, they are absolutely being paid
