2 games in a row with a smurf Ball player. Level 50 smurfs are overwhelming the game on competitive for silver->Platinum players. YOUR GAME IS DYING BECAUSE YOU HAVE A SMURF PROBLEM. Whatever. I’ll play a different game that doesn’t punish me for going against smurf accounts that are obviously Diamond and above. We’re stuck in gold and platinum because you allow smurfs to dominate lower ranked players. Good luck.

They won’t, because Blizzard doesn’t fix their game, they only make it worse.
Just got done with a match that had 4 leavers in a row on my side against a 4 stack with someone who was ridiculously high level along with a level 14 genji smurf that was able to get quad kills, because I’m sure that’s realistic for someone who’s only played 20 hours right lol.
This game is dead in the water already, I’m calling it.

smurf will change your sr but not mmr. only you can do that. if you start throwing because the enemy has a smurf you put yourself in lower ranked lobbies. not the smurf. play the best as much as you can
I have people telling me to get good in ranked and to learn how to go around smurf players. Sure, let me get right on that. I’d rather just quit then continue this “competitive” game mode that’s only there to punish me for not being on the same level as a smurf account. I wouldn’t write this out if it didn’t happen all the time… BUT IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME.
It’s easy to figure out who the smurf players are too. It’s always level 50-100 accounts getting massive amounts of kills and on fire all match. I notice they are ALWAYS Ball, Widow, Genji and Doomfist.
Apparently, Blizzard does not care if you make a smurf account as it’s not a punishable offense. So it looks like Blizzard does not give a rats *** so why should I? More $$ in there pocket Activi$$$$Ion

Rainbow six siege haven’t met a single smurf there yet.
The point was that with competitive games comes smurfs, even boxing has a type of smurfing that they haven’t managed to fix yet. The only real solutions is paywalling heroes

If you want to people to pay for heroes like release brig sure, also smurfing is still a big issue there

and besides ubisoft is doing a goodjob dealing with it unlike blizzard.

They’d raise the price people buy accounts for by an extra £5, majority of smurfs that will actually impact the game either can’t play comp yet or are already way in circulation, the issue is way more about old accounts than new ones as new ones the true MMR is found way faster
The point was they’re still complaining because they also don’t want to admit they’re the reason they lose so just look for a low level account to blame and leave the match feeling good about themselves

That’s the problem. The game will easily and quickly THINK you are bronze, when you are actually not.
with unranked to GM the mmr is found pretty fast sure, but not THAT fast.
