Sometimes it just bounces away for no reason and it also tends to get stuck in walls and furniture. It’s pretty annoying.

This. I haven’t had it go off on its own, but my lord the amount of times it gets stuck somewhere and can’t be activated is crazy

I don’t remember which map it was, but there is a map where it happens constantly, even on the main path of the payload.
Otherwise, it happened to me a few times around stairs.
It once got stuck in my midsection and I was rooted in place until I was inevitably killed. 
Lifeweaver…the latest product from the team that is no longer distracted by PvE and able to fully focus on the pvp aspect. 
Playtest? That must be some antiquated PvE concept.
