That bug is old.
Very, very old.
However, this is one of those very rare bugs that pop up at random. I got a couple of this back in season 3 or so, and it tilts me to the moon.

This bug has existed for ages, but it used to be rare.
After patch 1.26 it happens all the time both for Brigitte and Reinhardt.
Me among others have reported this countless times but they are not fixing it.
